Summer Party - to be held at Ron and Sonja Head's at 7.00 p.m.

The Annual Exhibition at Godalming Museum takes place between 11th and 22nd July 2006. There is a preview evening and presentation of awards on 12th July at 7.30 p.m. You may submit up to five prints and we will hang as many as space permits, with a fee of £2 per print.

AGM and Awards
Formal notice is given of the AGM on Wednesday 14th June 2006 at the Red Cross Hall, Wey Court Meadrow, Godalming, Surrey at 8.00 p.m. If you do not receive an agenda please let Mike Hoad know.

Part of the business of the AGM is the election of the committee. If you wish to stand for any post then please feel free to do so. Nominations must be submitted in writing, before the start of the AGM, with

If you have any queries or comments on the way the Club is run, this is your chance to raise them. You may do so on the evening, or by speaking to any member of the current committee before the AGM.

The AGM will be followed by the awarding of trophies won in the 2005/06 competition season.

When the formal part of the evening is concluded, light refreshments will be available.

The competition subjects for 2006/07 will be announced at the AGM.
