Penningtons
recently chose a new strapline 'Fluid thinking, clear solutions'
which they hope is indicative of their method of working. So
the theme for the competition this year is 'Fluid thinking'. |

2. |
GPC members
are invited to submit up to two photographs in colour. Penningtons
will select two winning photographs, which will be displayed
in their reception area at their main office in Godalming at
Highfield, Brighton Road. The closing date will be 11th June 2007
when entries will be displayed at the GPC AGM. Penningtons will
make their selection on that evening. |

The photos
should be colour and are likely to be A3 in size. They can be
existing photos or ones taken solely for the purpose of this
competition. |

4. |
There will
be a prize of £100 per winning photo - £50 to be
given directly to the winning photographer and £50 to the
Godalming Photographic Club. |

5. |
It is a condition
of the competition that Penningtons will retain ownership of
those original photos and that copyright in the photos will transfer
to Penningtons. Penningtons will be entitled to display the photos
in their offices and to reproduce them for any legitimate business
purposes without further charge and without any further obligations
to the photographers. The photographers may be required to sign
a further transfer letter to give effect to this condition. The
photographers can, of course, make copies of the photographs
for their own personal use. |

If any GPC
members are related to any of Penningtons Partners or employees,
they should let Penningtons know at the time of entering the
competition. |
