SPA Interclub Print Competition 2024 results

'Otter with Octopus Catch' - Collette Patto

A party of 8 from Godalming Photographic Society attended the SPA Interclub Print Competition at East Horsley on Saturday 7th December 2024. 

Out of 24 clubs in the Open competition, GPC scored joint highest marks with Molesey.  However when the tie-breaker rule was applied, Molesey was declared first and Godalming second. The first two clubs are invited to represent the SPA at the Inter-Federation Championships in Blackburn next year. 

In the Nature competition Godalming came first with a convincing win, 7 points clear of Bookham.  Malden were third and Molesey and Yateley tied for fourth.  There were 21 entries in Nature.

In addition to winning the Nature competition, Collette Patto was awarded a Judge's Medal for her ‘Otter with Octopus Catch’.  Mike Rowe was awarded a Judge's Medal for ‘Cheetahs Hunting Wildebeest Calf’.
